 SHIPPING POLICY

U.K Postage

All U.K postage is fulfilled by Royal Mail and is a second class service for all prints and a second class signed for service for framed prints. Postage is covered by the standard policies for these services on the Royal Mail website. 

 Free postage is discounted at checkout on all orders over £40 to the U.K 

 

International Postage

These services are fulfilled by Royal Mail (Parcelforce) and associated companies. Prints are sent as a standard service with no tracking and framed items are sent with a standard tracked service. For terms and conditions for postage to your location please see www.royalmail.com

 Free postage  is discounted at checkout on all orders over £60 to Europe and Republic of Ireland /
£100 to Rest of the World 

If you have any issues at checkout with shipping to your country, we are here to help as we may have not set shipping options for your destination. We try to be as competitive as possible in shipping and prices/services are liable to change and without warning.

 RETURN & REFUND POLICY

For Physical products it is our policy that you have 30 days to return these goods with postage costs being at a cost to the consumer. After receipt of the goods we will process a refund for the original purchase price invoiced for the good(s) in question. This policy is the same for damaged goods, though it is at the discretion of the company if return postage back to the company is covered by the company. It is at the discretion of Cat Morton Design that refunds can be obtained after the 30 day period if a valid explanation is given or if there has been suitable communication by the consumer. Digital products are excluded from our returns policy and are non refundable.

If payments are made by card please allow 5 - 10 working days for this to appear on your statement.
