Design and Image Licensing
All artwork, images and design are owned by Cat Morton Design and are only to be used for personal use only upon payment for that particular product. This means that selling the item for financial gain by the customer is not allowed, such as reproduction and replication of the products, materials and source imagery on this website. If it is found that any product or image is used for unauthorised use or for financial gain, i.e downloading an artwork file and reproducing artwork, this will be met with legal action. Any attempts to alter the original artwork (Plagiarism) will also be met with legal action as this will infringe on the copyright for these designs.
Digital Artwork Links
These links are active to the user for 30 days upon payment being made. After 30 days the link will be deactivated and another purchase would be required to access files. Files are provided as PDF and jpg. We are not responsible for any outcome of how these files are used to produce your artwork.
We endevour to be as accurate as possible in the description and imagery used on our website but these are only a guide and do not fully represent the final product.
Product Pricing and Sale Items
Cat Morton design reserves the rights to adjust pricing on the website as it seems fit. In regards to sale items refunds are offered on the sale price either as a refund of the purchased price or as store credit. It is at the companies discretion as to how this applied. Sale items and discount codes can be withdrawn at any time and without warning by Cat Morton Design. Please contact us via the online form if you require more information on this policy.
All U.K postage is fulfilled by Royal Mail and is a second class service for all prints and a second class signed for service for framed prints.Postage is covered by the standard policies for these services on the Royal Mail website.
These services are fulfilled by Royal Mail (Parcelforce) and associated companies. Prints are sent as a standard service with no tracking and framed items are sent with a standard tracked service. For terms and conditions for postage to your location please see for more details.
We remain the right to change any postage service at any time without any warning.
Returns and Refund Policy
For Physical products it is our policy that you have 30 days to return these goods with postage costs being at a cost to the consumer. After receipt of the goods we will process a refund for the original purchase price invoiced for the good(s) in question. This policy is the same for damaged goods, though it is at the discretion of the company if return postage back to the company is covered by the company. It is at the discretion of Cat Morton Design that refunds can be obtained after the 30 day period if a valid explanation is given or if there has been suitable communication by the consumer. Digital products are excluded from our returns policy and are non refundable.

Any data that may be collected through this website that Cat Morton design process, is kept secure and only processed in the manner we instruct them to. Cat Morton Design cannot access, provide, rectify or delete any data that they store on our behalf

Our database is stored on the Wix platform and is covered in policies outlined on the hosting companies website.
